  1. Money shall only be handed over once the full successful sign up of the Legal property owner has been completed.
  2. All who sign up for services from DGS Homes Ltd under this introductory offer shall receive their money in form of credit applied to their account.
  3. Any credit available shall be redeemed against all services until depleted.
  4. Any cash or credit shall be given/applied within 7 working days after the successful sign up of the legal owner of the property.
  5. Any money owed to a referee person who is not the legal owner as a result of this offer shall receive the payment in the form of a cheque only.
  6. Money for the landlord will be paid out for each property signed up on a full 12 month, full management contract
